Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are available for GoodXfinity plans.

1. Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the payment date.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel a recurring Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access remains active until the end of the current paid period.

3. One-Time and Subscription Payments

The same 14-day refund window applies to both Basic (one-time) and Pro (subscription) payments.

4. No Partial-Period Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day window, payments are non-refundable, including partially used billing periods.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to goodxfinity.official@gmail.com with your account email, payment date, and transaction reference.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
